ATM Central Development will provide hospital CEOs with a web application tool to manage physician relations by revealing key issues among satisfied, dissatisfied, loyal, and non-loyal physicians. 

ATM Central Development will assist in targeting key physicians by reporting physician volume trends for both admissions and referrals.

ATM Central Development will provide physician database consulting services. We will apply a unique process combining data from various internal and external sources to produce physician profiles and scorecards.  The physician profiles and scorecards will be used by hospital CEOs to resolve physician issues, prevent disgruntled physicians from leaving their hospitals and prevent physicians from referring patients to competing hospitals or group practices.

Physician Blueprint Web Tool

Many hospitals and larger group practices have a physician relations staff that routinely visits and calls on referring and non-referring physicians within their service areas.  Most of these physician reps use some type of contact management software such as ACT, Excel, or Access.  However, these systems are designed for generic use and not specifically for meeting with a physician.  ATM Central Development fills this void by offering customized contact and issue management software for physician reps and administrators.
